"I AM" - the movie

20th Century Fox and Beracah Productions presents

Movie Overview:
Once, they called it the City of Angels. Over time, it has become the City of Lost Souls. Ten strangers entangle themselves in the spider web that is life in Los Angeles today. Unknowingly, they are living out the Ten Commandments one by one. As they struggle to solve their problems themselves, things only get worse -- their problems multiply, and spill over into the lives of so many others. Yet there is one presence that the never leaves. One lone voice of love, reason, and compassion in the midst of lives on fire: the great I AM, God Himself. It's the ultimate love story that changes everything...

I AM is a movie that shows the heart of God for His people. I AM is the Biblical name of God, and the title character of a film in which God aids ten people in Los Angeles as they struggle with the effects of failing to follow the Ten Commandments in the modern day. It is most often described as a “Faith-based Crash.”   “It’s the ultimate love story,” says writer/director John Ward

What if God isn't angry with us for our failings?  What if instead of us waiting on God, He is actually waiting on us?  What if God's greatest desire is simply a relationship with us? What if the Ten Commandments were written to protect us from ourselves instead of subjugate us to the iron will of a distant God?

3500 years ago, God gave us the Ten Commandments -- not as a punishment, but as a love letter to humanity.
Let’s read that letter again, and be changed forever.
